TAMSIN
Tamsin is a registered dietitian who specialises in helping people thrive on a plant-based diet while building strength and confidence. With training in Mat Pilates, mindful eating, and Ayurvedic nutrition therapy, her approach blends science with an understanding of the mind–body connection to apply a holistic lifestyle approach. She’s passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies, move, and eat in a way that supports both their health and the planet. When she’s not working with clients, she’s usually at Move - lifting, stretching, or doing a Pilates or yoga flow.

Developing a healthy relationship with food and body
Nutritional deficiencies on a plant-based diet
Gut health/IBS
Building muscle and body recomposition
Low energy

CAREN
Caren is a registered dietitian with a specialist focus in chronic disease management. She is also a certified yoga instructor, blending clinical expertise with a mindful, movement-based approach to wellbeing. Caren brings a calm, supportive presence to her work, and you can find her guiding our Move Yoga classes every Monday and Thursday.
